Global Affiliate Operations Executive - CPS

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Global Affiliate Operations Executive – CPS to manage and optimize international affiliate campaigns across multiple geographies.

The candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, publisher coordination, tracking, reporting, and ensuring smooth delivery of CPS (Cost Per Sale) campaigns while maximizing performance and revenue growth.

• Manage and execute international CPS affiliate campaigns
• Coordinate with publishers and affiliate partners for campaign delivery
• Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and traffic quality
• Ensure campaigns are live, optimized, and running smoothly

• Build and maintain relationships with global affiliate partners
• Share offers, creatives, tracking links, and campaign updates with publishers
• Coordinate with affiliate networks and direct partners for campaign scaling

• Analyze campaign performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, EPC, ROI, and revenue
• Optimize campaigns to improve delivery and performance
• Identify high-performing publishers and growth opportunities

• Monitor tracking links and conversion flow accuracy
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly campaign reports
• Maintain campaign sheets, revenue data, and publisher records

• Work closely with affiliate sales, account management, and operations teams
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotional activities
• Support seasonal and high-priority international campaigns

• Basic understanding of Affiliate Marketing & CPS model
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good analytical and reporting abilities
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Performance-driven and detail-oriented mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in affiliate marketing/performance marketing preferred
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms/networks is an added advantage
