Job Summary As a GIS Team Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless integration of GIS technologies into mobile solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms ensuring high-quality user experience and performance. Oversee the integration of GIS technologies into mobile applications to provide location-based services and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers designers and product managers to define project requirements and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Ensure that mobile applications are developed in compliance with industry standards and best practices. Conduct regular code reviews and testing to ensure the quality and functionality of mobile applications. Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality solutions. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development and GIS technologies. Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of mobile development processes. Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies and tools. Support the professional development of team members through mentoring and training opportunities. Qualifications Possess strong experience in mobile development for iOS and Android platforms with a focus on GIS integration. Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Swift Objective-C Java and Kotlin. Have a solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. Show experience in using GIS tools and technologies to develop location-based services. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications Required Certified Mobile Application Developer (CMAD) GIS Professional Certification (GISP)
