As a GIS Enterprise Analyst - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in business application consulting, particularly in Maximo Consulting, to support client needs and drive operational modernization. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing complex problems and developing solutions within client service engagements
• Managing and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Leveraging IBM Maximo Asset Management to optimize asset management processes
• Integrating emerging technologies to modernize field service and operations
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
• Developing and implementing middleware architecture for seamless application integrations
• Supporting enterprise integration initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Engaging in project management activities to validate timely delivery of client projects

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
