Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Siliguri for a German Trainer role. The German Trainer will be responsible for teaching the German language to students, primarily ranging from beginner to intermediate (A1 to B2) levels. The role includes developing curriculum, preparing teaching materials, conducting lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering language proficiency for students aiming to work or study in Germany. Additional responsibilities involve mentoring students on effective language acquisition techniques and fostering communication skills tailored to professional and everyday scenarios.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching middle school students or individuals with varying levels of proficiency.
• Competence in curriculum development and lesson planning to meet specific language training outcomes.
• Proficiency in teaching language arts and facilitating German language learning (A1 to B2 proficiency levels). Teaching certifications in German (e.g., Goethe Institut certifications or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to guide, motivate, and mentor students effectively.
• Patience and adaptability in handling diverse learning paces and styles.
• Degree or certification in German Language, Education, or related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in training for language certifications or exam preparation is a plus.
