Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Genetic Counselor and Business Development Manager, based in Kottakkal. The responsibilities include providing genetic counseling and support to patients and families, managing genetic testing protocols, and offering medical insights. The role also involves conducting research, collaborating with laboratory teams, and driving business development activities to build partnerships and expand the organization's reach in the healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Genetic Counseling and Genetic Testing, with the ability to interpret results and provide compassionate patient guidance
• Strong background in Medicine and understanding of clinical applications related to genomics
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills relevant to genetic testing and diagnostics
• Experience in conducting Research in areas related to genomics and clinical intelligence
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and business development skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling, Genomics, or a related field (Optional)
• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant healthcare settings is an advantage
• Proficiency in local languages is beneficial
