Hi, We have an excellent opportunity for Gen AI Trainer with one of our Edtech client at Mumbai. Job Description ? Gen AI Trainer Location: Mumbai ? In office Gen AI trainer for training non-technical participants: Location: Mumbai The Generative AI Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training programs focused on the practical, non-technical application of Generative AI (Gen AI) tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney, etc.) for business functions. The primary goal is to empower non-technical professionals, business leaders, and functional teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations) across different industry domains in India to leverage Gen AI for productivity, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Design & Customization ??Curriculum Development: Design training modules that simplify complex Gen AI concepts (like LLMs, prompt engineering, and ethical AI) into actionable business strategies and use cases. ??Domain-Specific Customization: Work with functional stakeholders (e.g., in Banking, FMCG, Manufacturing, etc.) to tailor training content, case studies, and hands-on exercises to be directly relevant to their industry and specific job roles. ??Tool Focus: Develop expertise in various Gen AI tools relevant to business use cases (e.g., content generation, data summarization, automated report drafting, creative ideation). 2. Training Delivery & Facilitation ??Hands-on Workshops: Conduct engaging, hands-on, and interactive training sessions for cohorts of non-technical staff and business leaders (virtually and in-person across India). ??Prompt Engineering: Focus heavily on teaching practical, advanced prompt engineering as the core skill for non-technical users to maximize the utility of Gen AI tools. ??Simplify Complexity: Translate technical jargon into clear, concise, and accessible business language, emphasizing how to use the tools rather than how the tools are built. 3. Strategy & Advisory ??Ethical & Responsible AI: Embed training on the responsible, secure, and ethical use of Gen AI and data privacy best practices relevant to Indian regulatory contexts. ??ROI & Impact: Advise business teams on identifying high-value Gen AI use cases and measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) from incorporating these tools into their daily workflows. Preferred Qualifications and Experience Criteria Preferred Requirements Education ??Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, HR, or a related field. Technical degrees are a plus, but the ability to simplify ?is paramount. Generative AI Knowledge ??Practical expertise ?in using major LLMs and Gen AI tools. Formal certification in Prompt Engineering or Gen AI for Business is highly desirable. Training Experience ??3-8 years of experience ?as a AI Corporate Trainer, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant, with a proven track record of training non-technical/business audiences ?(Managers, Leaders, etc.). Functional/Domain Expertise ??Mandatory experience ?in training/consulting across multiple business functions ?(e.g., Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Legal) and different industry domains ?(e.g., BFSI, Retail, Pharma). ??Experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Team / Enterprise) ??Recognized certifications from OpenAI, Google, Microsoft or others Communication Skills ??Exceptional fluency ?in English (verbal and written). Experience with training delivery and cultural nuances in the Indian corporate environment ?is essential. Soft Skills ??High proficiency in Facilitation Mastery , Assertive Communication , and Stakeholder Management . Must be highly adaptable and excellent at engaging skeptical audiences.
