Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, is for a Generative AI Engineer. The Generative AI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions tailored for brand and digital strategies. Day-to-day tasks include creating and training machine learning models, researching advanced generative models, implementing AI algorithms, and integrating generative tools into our client frameworks. The role involves working on video, text, and image-based AI solutions to drive creative and performance excellence. Skills & AI experience : Strong expertise in prompt writing with a keen sense of creativity and taste. Experience with Generative AI tools such as Gemini, HeyGen, Flow, MidJourney, and similar platforms. Passion for creating and experimenting with AI-driven content, including text, images, and videos. Ability to conceptualize and craft high-quality AI outputs that align with creative vision and audience appeal. Strong storytelling and content curation skills, with an eye for detail and innovation. Interest in exploring cutting-edge AI applications and translating them into engaging experiences. Ability to think strategically about AI content use and contribute to creative projects across mediums. Qualifications : The person should be a graduate with exposure to marketing fundamentals. Experience working with an advertising agency or other company working on GenAI creative solutions for 1 to 3 years is essential.
