Job Description
Position: AI/ML Engineer (4+ Years Experience) Location: Pune Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office Must Have Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development and building RESTful APIs . Strong expertise with AWS Bedrock ? foundation models, prompt engineering, managed inference, and model orchestration. Practical experience with Amazon SageMaker ? model training, tuning, deployment, monitoring, and JumpStart . Experience working with both commercial LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemma, etc.) and open-source LLMs (Llama, Qwen, etc.). Good understanding of key AI/ML concepts such as RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, model optimization, etc. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Good to Have: Knowledge of MLOps practices ? SageMaker Pipelines, CI/CD for ML workflows. Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB, along with boto3/PyMongo . Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for creating custom SageMaker containers. Awareness of other AWS Managed Services (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, etc.).
