Job Description

Job Title: AI Engineer Experience: 3?4 years Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for real-world applications. Work with advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Implement AI/ML models using Python with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks. Fine-tune Transformer-based architectures for domain-specific tasks. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments. Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest research and trends in Gen AI, LLMs, and NLP. Required Skills: Strong expertise in Generative AI and LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.). Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch. In-depth understanding of Transformer models and NLP concepts. Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred). Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision. Good to Have: Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML models. Prior experience with fine-tuning open-source models. Exposure to LangChain, LLMOps tools, or prompt engineering techniques.
