About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python AI Developer with hands-on experience in building AI-powered applications and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, modern AI frameworks, Generative AI technologies, and cloud-native deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM-based architectures.
• Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI (mandatory) and Django.
• Implement intelligent workflows and agent-based systems using LangGraph.
• Work with Vector Databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
• Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for production-grade applications.
• Design and manage database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI-driven products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Required Skills:

Core Technologies:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Strong expertise in FastAPI (Mandatory)
• Experience with Django
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL Databases

AI & Generative AI:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
• Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Experience working with LangGraph
• Experience with Vector Databases 
• Understanding of LLM integration and prompt engineering

Cloud & Devops:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Docker
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI agents and workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of LangChain and LLM frameworks.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Python and AI development.
• Graduation year must be 2022 or earlier.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment.
