GEN AI Developers Exp ? 6 ? 10 years Pune Hybrid Working About the Role We are seeking talented GenAI Developers to design and implement Generative AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and advanced prompt engineering. You will work on building scalable applications that integrate AI-driven content generation, reasoning, and automation for enterprise use cases. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and multimodal models. Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for text, image, and code generation tasks. Build custom pipelines for fine-tuning and model adaptation using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers . Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise workflows via APIs and microservices. Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma). Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare and curate datasets for model training and evaluation. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in AI-driven applications. Monitor and evaluate model performance using MLflow or similar tracking tools . Stay updated on emerging GenAI technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like LangChain, Hugging Face, FastAPI . Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques . Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures . Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices. Understanding of data governance, security, and ethical AI principles . Preferred Qualifications Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, audio) . Experience with Databricks, MLflow, and Unity Catalog . Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research in GenAI.
