Job Description: As AI Engineers you will be involved in the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models. Translate complex data into AI-driven solutions that can perform autonomously in real-time environments. This role includes writing code, deploying models to production, and continuously monitoring and updating them as needed. Responsibilities: Design and develop AI models and algorithms from scratch. Implement AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems to enhance functionality and user interaction. Manage the data flow and infrastructure for effective AI deployment. Collaborate across teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals. Primary Skills : Experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP Strong knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment Secondary skills : Ability to clearly communicate complex solutions. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Working experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM) A proven team player with strong leadership skills, who can work in a collaborative way across business units, teams and regions Experience in the financial sector is a plus Comfortable with 3 days/ week working from Office (WFO).
