Hiring: AIML & Generative AI Engineer | 6+ Years Experience | Pune (Hybrid) We are looking for an experienced AIML & Generative AI Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves building high-impact AI solutions across prediction systems, recommendation engines, NLP, LLMs, computer vision, and generative AI applications. Experience: 6+ years Work Mode: Initially remote, later hybrid (Pune preferred) Location Preference: Pune Budget: Up to 18 LPA Job Summary The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Predictive Modelling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions, design end-to-end AI pipelines, and deliver cutting-edge GenAI capabilities across diverse domains. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across predictions, recommendations, NLP, CV, chatbots, and content intelligence. Build and deploy ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn. Apply deep knowledge of statistics, machine learning, NLP, GANs, and transformer models. Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, FAISS, and Milvus. Integrate and manage LLM APIs and registries like Hugging Face, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock. Build scalable APIs using Python frameworks (Flask, Django, DRF, FastAPI). Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring. Support GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs for various industry applications. Maintain data infrastructure for large-scale data collection, cleaning, and analysis. Communicate technical concepts effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Work with clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored AI/ML solutions. Innovate in Private AI and Smart Agent solutions, ensuring privacy and automation. Keep up with advancements in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and emerging technologies. Contribute to frameworks and capabilities for NTT DATA?s global GenAI platform and TechHub. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Python for ML and data science. 2+ years of experience delivering GenAI solutions (Private AI or Smart Agent systems preferred). 5+ years of experience in one or more: Predictive Analytics, ML/DL, Generative AI, Data Design, ML Ops/AI Infrastructure. Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, cloud AI services, and AI/ML operations. Experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS AI services. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders. Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
