Job Description

Location: Pune

Experience: 3–5 years (Minimum 2 years in Generative AI)

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and deploying Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models using LangChain and LangGraph.
Design, build, and deploy GenAI systems within big data environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications.
Ensure model scalability, reliability, and performance across use cases.

Required Skills & Experience

Overall experience: 4–5 years.
GenAI experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on work.
Strong implementation skills in LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks.
Practical knowledge of deploying AI/ML workloads in big data or distributed systems.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern LLM frameworks.
