Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Generative AI Engineer based in Pune. The Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI algorithms and models. Tasks include developing generative models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, conducting experiments, and fine-tuning algorithms to improve performance. The engineer will also be expected to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Quantum Computing and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects. Qualifications Strong foundation in AI algorithms and generative models Proficient in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch Experience in data analysis, experimentation, and fine-tuning models Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field Preferable experience in the Defense, Aerospace, or Energy industries Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
