Job Title: Analyst – Gen AI / Python (Fresher)

Location : Noida (Onsite) only

Experience: 0-6 Months minimum

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates with a strong foundation in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Python programming. The ideal candidate will work on building, evaluating, and optimizing AI-driven solutions, including LLMs, NLP applications, and data-driven models, to support business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Generative AI use cases, including LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, and model evaluation
• Develop and implement solutions using Python and relevant AI/ML libraries
• Assist in building NLP-based applications such as chatbots, summarization, and text analytics
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions
• Conduct research on latest AI/Gen AI trends, tools, and frameworks
• Support in deployment and monitoring of AI models
• Document processes, models, and results effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning concepts
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face), Prompt Engineering
• Familiarity with NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, transformers)
• Knowledge of SQL and data handling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Hands-on projects/internships in Gen AI / AI/ML
• Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics and optimization techniques
• Exposure to Git, Docker, or basic MLOps concepts
