- Strategy & Research
- Market research across districts and villages
- Competitor benchmarking (AgroStar, DeHaat, IndusTowers-type rural models)
- Policy impact analysis (PMFBY, subsidies, crop economics)
- Preparing research reports & dashboards for leadership
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Cluster-level operations planning
- VLE network expansion (village mapping, demand planning
- Monitoring district performance & making action plans
- Solving on-ground issues with logistics, retailers, distributors
- Agri Intelligence & Data
- Basic data analysis (Excel, plotting trends, MIS reports)
- Demand forecasting
- Identifying crop-wise and region-wise product opportunities
- Field Development
- Conducting village visits, farmer meetings, surveys
- VLE training programs
- Identifying high-potential micro markets
- Marketing & Communication
- Creating communication material for rural campaigns
- Conducting field events, demos, local influencer programs
- Monitoring digital + offline marketing effectiveness
- Collect insights from field, VLEs, farmers, and retailers.
- Support leadership with presentations, expansion strategies, and district plans
- Build frameworks and SOPs to standardize operations across districts.
- Improve VLE performance through action-oriented analysis.
- Ensure coordination across operations, sales, field team, and product team.
