Role Description

The General Manager will oversee and optimize sales operations, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure the alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals. Role Description

Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of achieving targets and leading sales teams
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to maintain and grow client relationships
- Operational expertise in Operations Management to lead and optimize sales processes and ensure smooth business operations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for data-driven decision-making
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior experience in industrial manufacturing or relevant industries is a plus
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
