Real Estate Development Location: (onsite) Kampala, Uganda Reports To: CEO / Board of Directors Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Nationality Preference: Indians only Salary: USD 3,000 per month + USD 300 monthly maintenance allowance About The Role As the General Manager, you will oversee Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Project Delivery ? leading the company?s mission to provide quality, affordable condominiums while ensuring operational excellence. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone with a proven record in real estate or housing development who?s ready to make an international impact. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define growth strategies, identify land, and develop new project pipelines. Project Oversight: Manage planning, procurement, and construction to ensure timely and quality delivery. Sales & Marketing: Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility. Customer Experience: Implement CRM systems and ensure smooth post-sales operations. Financial Leadership: Manage budgets, P&L, and funding relationships with strong DSCR compliance. People Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across departments. Sustainability Focus: Promote green building practices aligned with UN SDG 11 ? Sustainable Cities & Communities. Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Construction (MBA preferred) 10+ years of real estate or housing experience (5+ in leadership roles) Proven success in end-to-end condominium or housing project delivery Strong financial, operational, and regulatory understanding of the Ugandan real estate market Passion for social impact, affordable housing, and sustainable development Why Join Us?
