Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to head a large chemical complex at Dahej . This General Manager role will provide overall leadership for Operations, Engineering, and Projects across process and power plants. Location: Dahej Key Responsibilities: Lead Operations and Engineering teams to ensure high efficiency and reliability. Drive strategic planning and project execution aligned with business goals. Manage cross-functional coordination across production, maintenance, and utilities. Ensure safety, environmental, and statutory compliance across the complex. Build and mentor multi-disciplinary teams for performance excellence. Oversee resource planning, cost optimization , and productivity enhancement. Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders . Key Skills : Strong background in chemical process plant operations (preferably Caustic Chlorine / Captive Power). Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing setups. Strategic thinker with operational depth and people leadership. Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical); PG in Management preferred Experience: 26?28 years (with at least 5 years as Plant Head or equivalent)
