The Opportunity

This is one of the most critical leadership roles at DCGpac.

We are looking for a highly accomplished General Manager – Enterprise Supply Chain, Procurement & Customer Delivery who can transform operational execution, drive process excellence, strengthen procurement capabilities, and build a scalable delivery engine capable of supporting a ₹1,000 crore business.

The role requires a leader who has successfully managed complex procurement and supply chain operations exceeding ₹200 crore annually and has experience handling multi-location operations, custom manufacturing, vendor ecosystems, and enterprise customer deliveries.

1. Enterprise Customer Delivery Excellence

Lead end-to-end delivery execution for enterprise customers across India.

Responsible for:

• Delivery commitment accuracy

2. Support Central Procurement Department (CPD)

Head the Central Procurement Department and drive:

• Strategic sourcing
• Vendor negotiations

• Alternate sourcing

Manage procurement across:

• Packaging materials
• Industrial supplies
• Warehouse consumables
• Tools & equipment
• Printing solutions

3. Process Excellence & Operational Transformation

Design and institutionalize scalable processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Preferred:

• B.Tech / M.Tech
• PG Diploma in Packaging from IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging)
• MBA (Operations / Supply Chain) preferred

Experience

Mandatory:

• 15–25 years of relevant experience
• Managed procurement and supply chain operations exceeding ₹200 crore annually
• Experience with enterprise customers across multiple locations
• Experience handling complex sourcing and custom manufacturing environments
