Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Karāchi. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, and HR delivery teams meet performance, quality, and service level targets. This role will manage and develop team leads, set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements to support efficient, scalable operations. The General Manager will collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, and will help define policies, workflows, and best practices. The role will also involve regular communication with key clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, support growth initiatives, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations or general management, preferably in BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or a similar services environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Solid understanding of business operations, budgeting, and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and refine processes for efficiency and quality.
- Comfort with data analysis and using metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with international clients or remote teams is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Karāchi full time and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
