Job Tittle: GM - Production / Operations Position Type: Full Time Career Function: Operations Works Location: Jhagadia About the Role: The GM Production / Works is responsible for ensuring production targets are met or exceeded over a sustained period of time as per company standards, with no compromise to quality or timeliness. The individual is also expected to understand and implement measures for employee safety, overall safety, environmental adherence, people development, health and safety, optimized usage of resources, adherence to established guidelines for Production, Maintenance & Utilities. Pre-requisites: 1.Should have excellent experience in Excipients / API / Pharma production. 2.Experience in handling entire production unit right from planning to execution. 3.Must be computer savvy, knowledgeable on MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Word that enables quality output pertaining to reports, dashboards, and other relevant metrics. 4.Must have proven experience in leading people effectively, develop them to meet our future needs as well as do their current jobs well. 5.Knowledge of projects to plan & execute structure or process flow streamlining & improvement. Job Specification: Qualification ? Preferably M.Sc. in Chemistry or B. Tech / M. Tech (Chemical) Experience ? Overall 22 to 30 years? experience of which at least 3-4 years? experience leading production / works in a 250 ? 350 people organization.
