Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, based in Sharonville,OH. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, providing strong leadership to foster team success and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include managing personnel, driving business performance, implementing sales and operational strategies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. The General Manager will also focus on achieving sales goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling budgets, and contributing to business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively mentor, motivate, and supervise team members.
• Strong business and operational knowledge of retail or service industries, including sales, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with analytical skills to address operational challenges and meet performance targets.
• Proficiency with business software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive or mobility industry is a plus, but not required.
