Job Title - General Manager - Luxury Sales
Location - Pune
Job Description-
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Luxury Sales to lead the sales function for our upcoming luxury project. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in luxury real estate sales, strong relationships with HNIs/UHNIs, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team while delivering exceptional business results.
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Lead the sales strategy and execution for Krisala's luxury project.
- Drive revenue, sales closures, and overall project performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, NRIs, investors, and premium channel partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing luxury sales team.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Customer Experience teams to deliver a world-class buying journey.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer insights to drive strategic sales decisions.
Must-Have Skills-
- Strong experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
- Established network of HNIs, UHNIs, investors, and premium channel partners.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and customer expectations.
Preferred Skills-
- Experience in launching and selling premium real estate projects.
- Exposure to luxury customer engagement and consultative selling.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales strategy and team performance.
- Experience working with reputed luxury real estate developers.
Educational Background-
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution preferred.
- Graduate/Postgraduate from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution.
