1Cell.Ai is a precision oncology diagnostics company headquartered in Mumbai, with operations across India, the US, and Africa. The company develops advanced liquid biopsy and molecular diagnostics solutions, underpinned by proprietary R&D in ctDNA and methylation-based cancer detection technologies.


Role Summary

We are looking for a General Manager – International Sales to lead and scale our commercial presence across the International region (Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia). This is a Revenue -owning leadership role, responsible for building distributor and enterprise sales channels, driving revenue growth, and establishing 1Cell.Ai's diagnostics footprint in new international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the International sales P&L, including revenue targets, market entry strategy, and channel economics
  • Identify and onboard distributor and channel partners across priority International markets
  • Build, lead, and manage a regional sales team, including territory design and performance management
  • Drive direct enterprise and institutional sales for key accounts (hospitals, labs, diagnostic networks)
  • Develop market-specific go-to-market plans accounting for local regulatory, pricing, and reimbursement dynamics
  • Represent 1Cell.Ai at international conferences, partner meetings, and regulatory engagements
  • Report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, and market performance to the MD and leadership team


Requirements

  • [12–15]+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in diagnostics, pathology, or healthcare/life sciences
  • Demonstrated experience in international/export markets, specifically AMEA geographies
  • Track record of building distributor networks from scratch and closing institutional/enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and market-entry requirements for diagnostics products internationally
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the AMEA region
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
