Role Description

The Metrostay is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations at our facility in Delhi, India. This is an on-site, full-time role that involves managing a team, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high service standards, and implementing operational strategies for improved performance. Responsibilities include developing process improvements, maintaining compliance with policies, and fostering positive relationships with staff, guests, and vendors.

• Operations and Management: Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, and performance optimization.
• Customer Service and Communication: Strong skills in customer relationship management and clear, professional communication.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions under pressure.
• Organizational and Time Management: Experience with multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
• Financial Acumen: Competence in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense management.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in logistics, hospitality, or related industries is a plus.
