Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Dentist role based in Nagpur. The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive procedures such as fillings, cleanings, and simple extractions. The role involves performing routine check-ups, managing dental emergencies, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options. The General Dentist will collaborate with clinic staff to ensure a positive patient experience, maintain accurate and timely clinical records, and adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards. The position also includes participation in case discussions and continuous improvement of clinical quality and patient care processes.

Qualifications

• Valid BDS or equivalent dental degree from a recognized institution, with current registration or eligibility to register with the appropriate dental council.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, preventive care, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic procedures.
• Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly, address concerns, and provide reassuring, patient-centered care.
• Commitment to infection control standards, clinical safety protocols, and accurate documentation in dental records and practice management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental assistants and front-office staff, manage a steady patient flow, and maintain a calm, professional chairside manner.
• Interest in continuing education, openness to adopting new techniques and technologies, and alignment with a preventive, wellness-focused approach to dentistry.
• Prior experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred; exposure to community or family dentistry and diverse patient populations is an advantage.
