Job Description We are seeking a talented and innovative GenAI Solution Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced generative AI solutions that address business challenges and enhance user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, create prototypes & production grade solutions. This role involves designing scalable backend APIs, integrating advanced GenAI capabilities, and deploying production-grade applications using modern cloud and container technologies. Can work on cutting-edge architectures including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic Systems, MCP, and multimodal AI solution development. As a GenAI Solution Developer, you will stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and methodologies, ensuring our solutions are cutting-edge and scalable. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend APIs using FastAPI or Flask for GenAI applications. Build RAG-based systems using vector databases like Milvus, FAISS, or Pinecone. Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Ollama, vLLM, Hugging Face) for various use cases. Design and implement Agentic Architectures, MCP, including Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and function calling etc. Apply prompt engineering and context management to optimize LLM interactions. Manage the AI/ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and serving. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful GenAI solutions. Skills And Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in FastAPI or Flask. Experience with NoSQL, RDBMS, or Graph Databases. Deep understanding of LLMs, their deployment, finetuning and optimization. Experience with Vector databases and RAG architecture. Familiarity with Agentic Systems, Function Calling, MCP and A2A communication development. Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool integration, and context-aware design. Aware of any vibe coding tool like Cursor, Replet, Copilot etc. Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows, including model serving and orchestration. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS Lambda, SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, and Azure OpenAI. Knowledge of STT, TTS, and multimodal AI (e.g., Vision + Text). Desirable Skills (Good To Have) Experience deploying GenAI applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Ability to manage real-time streaming and event-driven pipelines using Kafka or Pub/Sub. Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies. Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques. Exposure to version control and CI/CD tools like Git, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor?s / master?s degree in computer science, AI/ML, or related fields. Proven experience in building and deploying GenAI solutions in production. Understanding of ethical AI practices and data governance. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
