Position Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced GenAI Solution Architect with 13–17 years of experience in designing, architecting, and implementing enterprise-scale digital and AI solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MERN Stack, Agentic AI, and AWS Cloud, with hands-on experience building scalable, cloud-native Generative AI applications and intelligent agent-based systems.
• The role involves leading architecture initiatives, defining technical roadmaps, mentoring engineering teams, and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Develop intelligent multi-agent systems using Agentic AI frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS.
• Build AI-powered applications using MERN Stack technologies.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI workflows.
• Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
• Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and customers.
• Drive architecture governance, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Teams, Cloud Engineers, and Business Leaders.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide strategic recommendations.

• Exposure to Responsible AI and AI Governance.

• Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Hi-Tech domains.

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
