Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Goa for a GenAI Filmmaker. The role involves leading diverse advertising film projects, managing the end-to-end production process, and utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing AI films and collaborating closely with directors and agency creatives to execute and deliver visually striking, innovative results.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Film Direction: Strong ability to guide a creative vision from concept to final e
xecution.

• Narrative Mastery: Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and
dialogue.

• AI Tool Integration: Deep familiarity with innovative, AI-powered filmmaking tools is highly d
esirable.

• Technical Execution: Hands-on knowledge of modern editing tools and visual storytelling te
chniques.

• Forward-Looking Workflows: An active interest or proven track record in AI-assisted workflows (including pre-visualization, synthetic media, or cutting-edge post-productio
n tools).

• Collaborative Leadership: Effective leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with directors to realize thei
r vision.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred, though exceptional portfolio track records will be pri
oritized.
