Job Description

Greetings from TCS! We are looking for GenAI Developer Experience: 4+ Years Location: Chennai/Hyderabad Must-Have Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs, diffusion models, and transformer-based architectures. Fine-tune pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks and optimize inference pipelines. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with vector databases and embeddings. Craft and optimize prompts for consistent, high-quality outputs. Prepare and preprocess datasets for training and evaluation. Deploy models on cloud platforms using containerization and orchestration tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into workflows. Implement responsible AI practices for bias mitigation and ethical usage. Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and GenAI frameworks (LangChain/Langraph, LlamaIndex), Rest API integration, FastAPI, Expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques. Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and RAG architectures. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, TorchServe, Triton) for lifecycle management. 6?8 years in AI/ML development, with at least 2?3 years focused on Generative AI. Experience with multi-agent systems and graph databases integrated with LLMs
