Job Description

Experience: 8+ Years (2+ Years in GenAI)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop GenAI solutions using advanced prompt engineering techniques
Build and manage agentic workflows, including self-healing and autonomous agents
Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and contextual

responses

Work with LangChain/LlamaIndex frameworks to orchestrate LLM-based

applications

Manage and maintain knowledge bases for accurate and scalable information retrieval
Implement conversational AI systems with strong reasoning capabilities
Integrate MCP servers and ensure smooth system communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions

Mandatory Skills

Prompt Engineering, Agentic Workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG),

LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP Servers, Conversational AI, Knowledge Base Management,

Min Qualification: Bachelor’s
