💼 Role: GenAI Backend Engineer

🌟 What You’ll Work On
- Build a GenAI-powered customer contact platform integrated within the Amazon app
- Develop Amazon Pay chatbot systems to handle:
- UPI & instant payment queries
- Payment failures and support workflows
- Design a multi-agent architecture, enabling:
- Supervisor agents
- Specialized domain agents
- Customer care (CC) agents
- Instant Pay agents
- Create scalable direct customer entry points for seamless support
- Drive end-to-end platformization of GenAI solutions
- Design and build production-grade GenAI systems
- Develop and manage multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- Work on backend systems powering AI-driven customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience
- 3+ years of experience in backend development
- Hands-on experience in Generative AI projects (production-level)
- Experience with:
- AWS Bedrock
- Agent frameworks / agent orchestration
- Strong programming skills (Java/Python/Backend stack)
- Experience building scalable distributed systems
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Exposure to chatbot platforms or conversational AI systems
