Job Summary As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing technical projects within our organization. With a focus primarily on MSTR GCP and database management & SQL you will ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our systems. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of database solutions ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Expertise in MSTR. Provide expertise in GCP to enhance cloud-based solutions and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions with business objectives. Develop and maintain SQL scripts and queries to support data analysis and reporting needs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in database management. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to database and application performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions. Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches. Contribute to the strategic planning of IT projects aligning with organizational goals. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team. Qualifications Possess strong experience in database management and SQL with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate expertise in MSTR ensuring robust Development and support. Have hands-on experience with GCP leveraging cloud technologies for scalable solutions. Exhibit knowledge of Payments Networks and Issuer & Issuer Processor domains. Familiarity with COTS Products in BFS Cards & Payments is advantageous. Experience in Acquirer & Acquirer Processor domains is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
