Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer responsible for managing cloud-based infrastructure, Unix/Linux environments, automation, and deployment processes across Azure, GCP, and hybrid systems. Experience : 6? 8 years Location : Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore Mode of Work : Full time -hybrid Key Responsibilities: Provide cloud infrastructure technical support (Tier 2/3). Develop automation tools and scripts to optimize infrastructure operations. Manage Unix/Linux system configurations and troubleshoot environment issues. Plan, document, and deploy applications across Unix/Linux, Azure, and GCP environments. Collaborate with infrastructure teams for maintenance and cloud-based deployments. Analyze release and deployment processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Manage hardware/software resources and coordinate downtimes with infrastructure groups across Production and Non-Production environments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline (BE/MCA); Master?s preferred. 6?8 years of experience in Production Support, Application Management, or Cloud Infrastructure Support roles. Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, fast learner. Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux Administration. Proficiency in Shell, Python, Batch scripting (mandatory). Strong Oracle Database experience. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). PowerShell ? nice to have. Basic software development experience in Java or Ruby (secondary). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP; AWS is a plus) Good to have skills: PowerShell scripting experience. Basic software development exposure in Java or Ruby. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, or Git. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk. Understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security best practices. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) frameworks. Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
