About The Role

The position of Financial Analyst offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, where communication skills, teamwork, collaboration, and customer service are valued. The main tasks include internal auditing, ensuring compliance with corporate card guidelines, customer service, and account reconciliations. You will have the opportunity to learn about the entire Travel & Expense process in the Americas, exchanging knowledge and expertise both within the team and with other areas of P2P and SDU.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and process travel expense reports from employees according to the Travel & Expenses process and country guidelines.
• Manage the inbox and ensure compliance with the service SLAs by responding in a timely manner to employees.
• Identify process improvements and share them with the team to find solutions.
• Ensure accurate analysis for employee payments in a timely manner and proper accounting in SAP.
• Work closely with the T&E Americas team to ensure the quality of services and E2E processes, with cross-region topics.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Accounted Public, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in positions in customer services or accounting areas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Basic skills in Excel (mandatory),SAP (valued)
