Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of core game features and mechanics using Unreal Engine. Collaborate with the product team to transform creative concepts into fully functional and engaging gameplay experiences. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code and blueprints that adheres to best practices. Optimize game performance, memory, and scalability to ensure a smooth gameplay experience across multiple platforms (PC, Console). Implement key game systems, including game mechanics, physics, UI/UX, combat systems, AI enemies, and polished animations. Actively participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues. Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and contributing to code reviews to ensure high code quality. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and new versions of Unreal Engine to drive innovation within the team. ? Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in game development with a strong focus on Unreal Engine. Mastery of C++ and Blueprints with deep Unreal Engine expertise. Proven experience in the end-to-end game development lifecycle, from prototyping and development to deployment and post-launch support. Solid understanding of core game development principles, including game physics, animations, rendering, and AI. Experience with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills. A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work effectively in a team environment. Passion for games, AI, and building tools that empower creative teams. Nice to Have Experience with multiplayer game development, networking, and online service APIs. Previous experience shipping a title on PC or console platforms. Proven team leadership & mentoring experience.
