About the Role

Dhanvesttor is looking for an experienced Fund Manager to lead investment research, identify high-conviction investment opportunities, and manage customised client portfolios. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial analytical skills, a strategic investment mindset, and the ability to navigate changing market conditions with confidence.

You will be responsible for portfolio construction, investment decisions, performance monitoring, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements while delivering long-term value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare detailed research reports and financial models.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across equity and related asset classes.
• Design and manage customised investment portfolios based on client objectives and risk profiles.
• Make informed investment decisions for portfolio construction and ongoing portfolio management.
• Continuously monitor portfolio performance and rebalance investments when required.
• Prepare investment reports, portfolio reviews, performance projections, and other financial statements.
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment decisions.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable financial and PMS regulations.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss investment strategies, portfolio performance, and market outlook.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality investment solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM, or CA.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in the stock market.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Fund Manager, Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor, or in a similar investment management role.
• Strong ability to prepare financial reports, presentations, and investment analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of Indian and global financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and current affairs.
• Proven ability to analyse businesses, evaluate investments, and make informed portfolio decisions.
