Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) and Oracle HCM Fusion modules. The consultant will play a key role in functional consulting, solution design, configuration, and support across Oracle Fusion implementations and enhancements.

This role is ideal for senior consultants who can independently manage functional discussions, translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions, and support end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Functional Consulting

  • Work as a Functional Consultant on Oracle Fusion applications
  • Lead requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design
  • Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business requirements
  • Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setup documents, and test scripts

Order To Cash (O2C)

End-to-end functional ownership of Order to Cash cycle, including:

  • Order Management
  • Pricing
  • Shipping & Fulfillment
  • Receivables
  • Invoicing
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Analyze and optimize O2C business processes
  • Support integrations between Order Management, AR, and third-party systems

Oracle HCM Fusion

  • Provide functional support for Oracle HCM Fusion modules, including:
  • Core HR
  • Workforce Structures
  • Payroll / Absence / Talent (as applicable)
  • Assist in configuration, data validation, and functional testing
  • Support HCM business processes and user requirements

Implementation & Support

  • Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations
  • Lead CRP, UAT, and production deployment activities
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and production issues
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Conduct functional workshops and solution walkthroughs with business users
  • Act as the primary functional point of contact for stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion capabilities

Documentation & Governance

  • Create and maintain detailed functional documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle Fusion standards and implementation methodologies
  • Support audits and process reviews

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications
  • Expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) process
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion
  • End-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation experience
  • Strong functional documentation and stakeholder management skills

  • Oracle Pricing & Shipping
  • Oracle HCM Fusion modules
  • Functional configuration & setups
  • Integration understanding (functional perspective)

Nice To Have

  • Experience working as an independent or contract consultant
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion integrations and reporting
  • Prior experience in remote / global delivery models
  • Oracle Fusion certifications

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent
