Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft HCM Payroll & Benefits Consultant who can contribute to our efficiency and innovation workstream. The ideal candidate will bring deep HCM functional and technical expertise, an ability to work with the customer to identify the problems, conceptualize innovative solutions and efficiencies and provide the requirement to the technical team. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills with sound experience in troubleshooting payroll, benefits and integration issues. Key Responsibilities Engage with the HR business teams to brainstorm on the HCM payroll and benefits problem areas vis`a`vis propose solutions Work with the technical team on the new requirement. Requirement Analysis, Test and Deployment of new efficiencies. Collaborate with other functional teams to identify any related problem areas which can be addressed through a payroll efficiency. Work with AI first mindset for any solution to be proposed. Provide weekly status updates to the leadership on the efficiencies and innovation progress. Required Skills & Qualifications 10?13 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM, specifically Payroll and Time & Labor modules. Strong understanding of payroll and benefits processes, payroll integrations. Benefits integrations. Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 preferred. Ability to trouble payroll issues. Write SQL queries. Familiarity with integrations (e.g., third-party tax vendors, banking systems). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor?s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field (Master?s preferred). Preferred Attributes Experience working in mid-cap or growing organizations. Exposure to automation/RPA/AI in payroll processes. Certification in PeopleSoft or related technologies is a plus.
