Fullstack / MERN Stack Developer (4 to 6 Years Experience) We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable fullstack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver robust, seamless, and user-centric digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack with clean, modular, and reusable code. Build responsive user interfaces using React.js and reusable UI components. Implement efficient backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Integrate front-end and back-end systems ensuring smooth data flow and application performance. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate wireframes and designs into functional features. Work on database schemas, queries, indexing, and optimization using MongoDB . Manage application state effectively using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices across the development lifecycle. Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest MERN stack trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js , and ecosystem tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM). Hands-on experience with Node.js , Express.js , and building RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing, optimization). Strong foundation in component-based architecture, hooks , and state management (Redux/Context API). Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Understanding of authentication and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, API security). Experience with Git and version control workflows. Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests (Jest, Mocha, Chai, or similar). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
