Role Description We are seeking a skilled Mernstack Developer to join our team for a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. The developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing back-end and front-end features, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic. The candidate will also participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to deliver high-quality software solutions. Qualifications Strong background in Computer Science, including understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture. Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using the MERN stack, particularly with Node.js and Express.js. Experience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to develop robust and maintainable code. Knowledge of front-end frameworks, REST APIs, and database management with MongoDB. Effective collaboration and communication skills to work in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment workflows. Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies is a plus. Additional knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure is beneficial.
