About the Role

We are looking for a high‑skill, hands‑on Application Developer who can build robust mobile and web applications without relying on AI‑generated code. The role demands strong fundamentals, real problem‑solving ability, and experience building production‑ready apps end‑to‑end.

YOGYATHA is a PropTech platform built by structural engineers, focusing on tenant verification, group buying, structural tools, and real‑estate intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Android/iOS apps (Flutter / React Native) and the web platform.
• Develop & update core features: on Rent/Buy & Sell/Broker modules
• Property data integrations
• Integrate APIs for:
• Social profiles
• Payments
• Property listings & verification
• Optimize app performance for Chennai real‑estate market conditions.
• Deploy updates to Play Store / App Store with proper release management.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code — no AI‑generated shortcuts.

Required Skills (Strict Screening Criteria)

• Strong hands‑on coding experience (2–4 years) — must demonstrate real projects, not AI‑assisted prototypes.
• Expertise in Flutter or React Native (mandatory).
• Solid programming fundamentals in:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Python
• Node.js or similar backend frameworks
• Strong experience with:
• REST APIs
• Firebase / AWS / GCP
• Authentication, security, and scalable architecture
• Ability to design and debug complex workflows without relying on AI tools.
• Familiarity with real estate / PropTech is an added advantage.
