Full-Time Faculty – HR & Organizational Behaviour (PhD Mandatory)

Department: Management Studies / PGDM Program

Experience Required: 5–7 years (Preferably in PGDM / AICTE-approved management institutes with research exposure)


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated PhD-qualified faculty member in HR & Organizational Behaviour with strong academic, research, and institutional development capabilities. The candidate will contribute to teaching, research publications, accreditation activities (NBA/NIRF), student mentoring, and academic administration within the PGDM program.


Key Responsibilities:


Academic & Teaching:

  • Deliver courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relations, Leadership, Performance Management, etc.
  • Develop curriculum, course material, case studies, and innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Guide PGDM students in projects, dissertations, internships, and placements.


Research & Publications:

  • Publish research papers in Scopus/ABDC/UGC-CARE indexed journals.
  • Actively participate in conferences, FDPs, seminars, and consultancy projects.
  • Contribute to funded research proposals and institutional research initiatives.
  • Accreditation & Rankings (NBA/NIRF)
  • Support documentation, data management, and compliance for NBA accreditation and NIRF ranking submissions.
  • Maintain academic records, outcome-based education documentation, and quality benchmarks.


Academic Administration:

  • Participate in curriculum development, academic audits, and institutional committees.
  • Contribute to industry interaction, MDPs, guest lectures, and corporate relations.
  • Student Development
  • Mentor students for academic performance, career guidance, and professional skills.
  • Support placement readiness, research orientation, and industry exposure.


Qualifications Required:


PhD in HR / Organizational Behaviour / Management (Mandatory)

MBA/PGDM with HR specialization preferred.

Strong research track record and academic credentials.


Desired Skills & Competencies:


Strong research orientation and publication record.

Knowledge of NBA/NIRF accreditation frameworks.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Industry connect and consultancy experience preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in academic administration.


Preferred Candidate Profile:


Experience primarily in PGDM / Management Institutes.

Exposure to accreditation, ranking processes, and academic quality frameworks.

Passion for teaching, research, and institutional growth.
