We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our core digital platforms. You will work directly on high-impact projects, bridging the gap between robust backend architecture and intuitive, real-time frontend experiences.

• Website Development & Maintenance: Build, update, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using modern frameworks (React/Next.js) or CMS platforms.
• SEO & Performance: Lead the technical SEO strategy. Optimize site architecture, load speeds (Core Web Vitals), and mobile responsiveness to ensure top-tier search rankings.
• Content Platform Management: Manage the backend and frontend of our digital content hubs (blogs, case studies, resource centers), ensuring easy content updates and scalability.
• Analytics & Optimization: Integrate and monitor Google Analytics/Search Console. Use data to fix broken links, improve UX, and increase conversion rates.
• Security & Upkeep: Ensure all web properties are secure (SSL, firewalls) and plugins/dependencies are up to date.

• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React.js), and Node.js.
• SEO Expertise: Proven experience with Technical SEO (schema markup, sitemaps, lazy loading) and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
• CMS Experience: Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Strapi, or Contentful) and customizing themes/plugins.
• Design Eye: Ability to translate UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect code.
• Problem Solver: You can fix a server error, debug a CSS issue, and optimize a landing page without needing hand-holding.
