Full Stack Web Developer (React/Next.js, Node)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with 4?5 years of experience in React/Next.js and Node.js. You will be responsible for converting Figma designs into accurate, responsive UIs, building full-stack features, integrating APIs, and ensuring the overall performance and quality of web applications. You will work closely with multiple teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UIs. Build pages and components using React and Next.js with high accuracy. Create reusable, modular, performant, and scalable UI components. Implement UI/UX interactions, animations, and smooth user flows. Full-Stack Development Develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack features using Node.js and PM2. Write internal APIs and integrate frontend with APIs, databases, data files, and third-party services. Work on end-to-end application flows and build strong, scalable architecture using system design principles. Performance & Quality Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and smooth performance across devices. Debug and fix issues across frontend and backend. Ensure code passes security checks, including VAPT and other audits. Cross-Team Collaboration Work with Tech, QA, Design, Copy, Product, and Project Management teams. Coordinate with client technical teams when needed. Communicate progress, issues, and solutions clearly. Attention to Detail Follow design systems, spacing, typography, and layout accurately. Deliver precise implementations with no design mismatch. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience 4?5 years of experience as a Full Stack or Frontend Developer. Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js. Technical Skills Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Proficiency in: React Hooks, Context API, Redux (or similar state management libraries), component lifecycle Next.js routing, data fetching, SSR/SSG/ISR Node.js backend development Responsive design and cross-device layouts Git and version control workflows SCSS/SASS or CSS-in-JS solutions Basic web security and secure coding practices Design & Collaboration Skills Ability to convert Figma designs into accurate UI. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset. Bonus Skills Experience with Docker, Redis, Linux/Ubuntu server deployments, MCP Server. 3 great reasons to work with us: We are small but global.
