Job Description:

• Full-Stack Delivery: Own features from initial requirements to production, translating complex business logic into high-performance backend services and chart-ready APIs.
• Data Ingestion & Pipelines: Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines from APIs, files, and events into SQL and MongoDB databases using Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Frontend Engineering: Build responsive, data-heavy UIs in React focused on complex operational workflows, utilizing tables, advanced filters, forms, and analytical dashboards.
• Cloud & Operations: Deploy and operate services on AWS (S3, EC2/ECS/Lambda, CloudWatch) using Docker containerization, maintaining high availability and strong observability.
• Engineering Excellence: Drive code quality through rigorous Git branching strategies, PR hygiene, structured logging, and thorough technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience spanning backend development, UI architecture, data processing, and cloud deployment.
• Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript preferred) and expert-level familiarity building component-driven UIs in React.
• Database Mastery: Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, query tuning) and practical experience with MongoDB (schemas, indexing, and aggregation pipelines).
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience operating on AWS, managing IAM basics, and working with Docker and CI/CD fundamentals.
• Mindset: A strong debugging and root-cause analysis (RCA) mindset, clear communication skills, and comfort working with ambiguous requirements.
