We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of experience building scalable, high-performing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ruby (backend) and modern JavaScript frameworks (frontend) , with exposure to React Native being a plus. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile solutions that deliver great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby (Ruby on Rails preferred).
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks .
• Integrate APIs and services to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.
  
  
  

Additional Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby (preferably Ruby on Rails).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and frameworks like React.js (or Angular/Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes .
• Understanding of automated testing frameworks (RSpec, Jest, etc.).
  
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
