Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Python Developer with 6–8 years of experience to join the team on a full-time basis. This role will be initially remote, offering flexibility while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-quality web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both backend and frontend development and take ownership of building end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications

Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python

Develop intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams

Integrate third-party APIs and external services

Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack

Technical Skills Required

Backend

Strong expertise in Python

Hands-on experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI

REST API development and integration

Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

Familiarity with ORM tools (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)

Frontend

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue

Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Additional Skills

Proficiency with Git and version control

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus

Awareness of application security best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in product-based or startup environments

Familiarity with microservices architecture

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup
